Relationship reset coaching is a 1-on-1 Intensive experience, designed to help you clearly identify your Unique relationship challenges, prioritize your concerns and craft customized strategic solutions that will set you on course to never revisit them again. It all starts with our FREE 15-Minute Coffee chat.

In RESET, we focus on setting realistic expectations based on all that we've learned thus far. We own our past and embrace a radically different future filled with immense clarity around what we want and need, insight into our past so that we don't repeat it in the future, and an actual plan for the transformation that needs to happen within YOU.

In REPAIR, the rubber finally meets the road. This is our final step in the process and where you are encouraged to put everything you've learned into action. If this feels overwhelming to you, let me put your mind at ease. I'll be here to offer a strategic implementation plan that we'll tweak together until it all feels just right.

Your first RRC session is all about the RECAP. We can't dive deep into coaching without a thorough understanding of how you got her in the first place. In your initial session, you'll be guided through an exploration of past relationships. This assists us in determining the origins of your pain points, as well as any habits or triggers that may need to be addressed.

The first step is the FREE 15-Minute Coffee Chat. It's my way of getting to know you BEFORE we decide to work together in an official capacity. During this time, you'll learn more about my style of coaching and the flow of sessions. The Coffee Chat is for informational purposes only and will be used to determine appropriate fit for services. This is not a psychotherapy or coaching session, thus no form of diagnosis, counseling or coaching will be provided at the time of the call. Should we decide to work together, you will be provided next steps for booking the appropriate service.

Hey Babes. I’m Dr. Tiff. A licensed psychotherapist & relationship coach, wife, momma of one, lover of God, hip hop and my nightly glass of wine.

I have a demanding job; how can I fit coaching into my busy schedule?

What makes relationship coaching different from traditional counseling or therapy?

As a licensed psychotherapist, sessions are generally focused on the diagnosis and treatment of emotional and psychological issues and adhere to a therapeutic framework. Relationship Reset Coaching does not offer any diagnostic or psychotherapeutic intervention. Instead, it centers on personal growth, current challenges & goal setting. Through intake questions and the FREE Coffee Chat, we will determine if Relationship Reset Coaching would be beneficial in tackling your specific needs 

I get it, babes. So many of my clients lead insanely busy lives. It's important to not let that keep you from carving out time to work on YOU.
Once you've completed the FREE Coffee Chat, we will work together to find a time that's best for you, based on my availability. 
Because work and home life can be equally chaotic, many of my clients will squeeze in a session during their lunch break. We call it a "Working Lunch." 

should i purchase the single session or buy the package bundle?

I'm worried about potential judgement regarding my past choices. is this a safe space?

Absolutely. this is a JUDGEMENT-FREE zone. In order to gain clarity on your unique relationship challenges, we have to take a look at past missteps. We look at those choices as learning experiences and opportunities for improvement. We'll embrace your past and keep it moving. It's the only way to grow.

We highly recommend the VIP Intensive to new clients since most of your relationship challenges won't be solved in a single session. The Single session is generally utilized by our current clients wishing to extend their experience or work through additional challenges. PLUS by purchasing the VIP Intensive, you'll save over $200 

how quickly should i expect to see results in my relationship?

That will depends on many different factors. In general, my clients feel the most traction the more frequently they schedule. Those who schedule weekly or even bi-weekly sessions seem to gain clarity, self awareness, accountability and implement changes faster than those who see me once per month. Results can also depend relationship status. If you're currently in-between relationships, you may not see the change until you're back in. Keep in mind, the bulk of our work centers around the changes that YOU need to make and the impact of your self-work will likely be felt by the first 1-2 sessions. 
That said, PLEASE be patient with yourself and trust the process. Depending on the severity of challenges, things could move quickly or at a snails pace. The important thing to remember is that you're moving in the right direction.
