A Message From Dr. Tiff

There's a reason why I decided to record this meditation, and it's a deeply personal one. There was a moment, back in 2023 when I felt betrayed by someone whom I considered a dear friend. In talking things through with my husband and revealing to him how hurt (and pissed) I was, he said something to me that I will never forget. He said, "if anything makes you this upset, it's not good for us and we can't do it." In that moment, I remember feeling so deeply connected to him and validated. He saw how much I was struggling with the pain of the situation and even though he wasn't pained by it, he saw that there was a very real need for both of us to let it go.

If I'm honest, this situation caused me a tremendous amount of anxiety and we both recognized that if I didn't find a way to release it, it would negatively impact other areas of my life: my work, my family, my health, etc.

So I sat down at my desk, put on my headphones, pulled the mic up close and mapped out this meditation. I recorded Releasing The Stronghold of Anxiety for ME, and for YOU. I couldn't let another minute go by with that level of anxiety controlling my thoughts and energy. I didn't want that for myself and I damn sure don't want that for you.
