Fun Fact: I'm not a morning person. And, if I'm being honest, I don't really like committing to anything before 10am. It's not about me being lazy or staying up too late the night before. Nope, my brain and body just can't seem to get it together before 10am. I've accepted that that's my struggle.
But here's the thing . . . as a busy mom, wife, entrepreneur (and whatever other hat I plan on wearing that day), I don't always have the luxury of staying in bed til 10am. I gotta get up. And somedays are harder than others.
When I created Dancing Out Of Bed, it was with the intention that I wouldn't attempt to leave my bed without first visualizing and claiming a victory over the day. If I have to leave the coziness of my down comforter, the day better SLAY.
